課程目標 |
The purpose of this course is twofold: (1) to further improve your listening, speaking, reading and writing abilities in English, with special emphasis on listening fluency and comprehension development, and (2) to help you develop academic skills that can help you transit successfully from high school to university classes. To achieve these goals, you need to work both in and out of class. You need to participate actively in class discussions, group exercises and on-line learning. You also need to complete three learning projects to demonstrate your efforts to practice what you have learned in class. |
